Resin Bound surfacing as a product has been constantly developed and improved since it's introduction to the market around 15 years ago.
We offer a large variety of colours of Resin Bound aggregates in Exeter to suit your taste and requirement. Samples of the resin aggregate can be sent to you in the post, which come as a small disks around 4 inches across in size, which can be very helpful in choosing your perfect colour.
The Resin Bound mixture is mixed freshly on site in a compact and quiet electric 'forced action' mixer. The Resin liquid and Resin Aggregate is mixed in small batches, spread onto the surface and pressed down with smooth backed trowels to achieve a flat and even surface.

Overlaying Resin Bound onto an existing hard stand surface, or full dig out?
Resin Bound surfacing can be laid on top of existing hard stand surfaces such as tarmac, paving slabs, concrete and block paving, providing the existing surface is reliable and sound. If a full dig out is required or preferred, we can replace patches of the extisting material, or excavate the the entire area allowing a full reinstatement of new hardcore and base layer to support the new Resin Bound Surface.
If you do require a full dig out and reinstatement, we have all the skills and equipment in house do just that.
None of our work is sub contracted to other people and we fully own our own excavators, hydraulic breakers, concrete cutters, compactor plates, grab lorries and smaller tipper lorries, allowing us to dig out to the correct depths to allow a solid base and reliable installation of your Resin Bound Driveway Surface.
